Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Plan

📊 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Plan

Whole Life Discipleship (WLD) Movement – Pakistan

Updated for Practical Implementation – 2025

🟦 1. Purpose of the M&E Plan

The purpose of this Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan is to systematically assess the implementation, effectiveness, and impact of the WLD consultations and the growing discipleship movement across Pakistan. This M&E system serves both as an accountability tool and a learning process to guide growth and sustainability.

This plan will:

  • Ensure transparency and accountability to all stakeholders and partners
  • Improve program quality by using real-time feedback and outcomes
  • Track transformation at personal, family, church, and community levels
  • Define clear criteria to identify when the WLD initiative becomes a self-sustaining movement

🟦 2. Key Evaluation Questions

  • Are WLD consultations being conducted according to the regional and national plans?
  • Are regional hubs functional and actively coordinating local efforts?

  • Are participants applying WLD teachings in their families, churches, workplaces, and communities?
  • Are churches and ministries adapting their structures to reflect Whole Life Discipleship?

🔹 Impact:

  • Are lives being transformed—spiritually, relationally, socially, economically?
  • Are new small groups and emerging leaders multiplying organically?

🔹 Sustainability:
